Furthermore, there are 1,914 active listings currently, compared to last months 1,757 indicating an increasing level of inventory. Presently, there is an estimated 7 month’s worth of inventory, which indicates that Buncombe County is in a slight buyer’s market! This has not changed since last month. Paired with the historically low mortgage interest rates, buyers should consider meeting with a real estate professional to discover their purchasing power. The list to sale price percentage currently is 97.8% in Buncombe County. This implies sellers on average will get 97.8% of their asking price, which has increased slightly since last month when it was 97.4%. A Look at the Henderson County Real Estate Market

In Henderson County, there is currently 7 months of inventory! This figure is up from 6 months of inventory reported last month. This indicates the neutral market in Henderson has transitioned into a slight buyers market. This is attracting more home owners to consider the blossoming Hendersonville, Mills River, and surrounding areas as a potential area for their next home.

Spring is heating up in Henderson County for sellers as well! On average, people are getting 98.2% of their asking price, compared to 97.9% last month! The newest addition to this sensational part of town is the Haywood Country Club. The Co-owners Cory and Trevor are experienced and well versed in the bar industry due to their previous bar ownership backgrounds.

The bar features astonishingly cool ascetics and designs on the inside and outside! The ceiling is a mixture of printed tin and wood slate. They complement each other wonderfully using a diamond design that leads onto the walls uninterrupted. Moreover, they used the design build concept on the inside in order to mold the bar area how they wanted. Furthermore, 3,000 pieces of wood were used in their hand made bar! Everything in the place is custom made and it took a whopping 2 years to get it just how they wanted it.

Additionally, Trevor and Cory decided to outsource locally for their artwork inside and out. A well known local artist Gus, Cutty developed the mural seen outside of the country club. Gus’s work can be seen all throughout Asheville so be on the lookout! Supporting local businesses is extremely important to the duo and they have even collaborated with a local ice cream shop, The Hop tooffer an ice cream flavor based off one of their specialty mixed drinks. Haywood Country Club has awesome drink deals daily as well as specialty drinks that you can’t find anywhere else.

Haywood Country club has a Steller set up inside and out! The bar features amazing drink deals as well as exceptional customer service.
